After years of criticism that The Bachelor only features contestants who are young, white, straight, and cisgender, the franchise is correcting at least part of that list by creating a spinoff called The Golden Bachelor that will feature a leading man in his 70s.
While this is a great first step, it’s not enough because now we’re imagining all of the older LGBTQ+ daddies who would make excellent contestants for a queer version of the new spinoff.
So we’re nominating these 10 queer celebs for the spinoff we just invented: The Golden Bachelor: Gay Edition. We can dream, can’t we?
